Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"Kaylee is amazing, great addittude and always smiling. She goes above and beyond to help me or another customer. If I had to choose someone to help me It would be her. I do wish that they would get better staff in that store the manger seems to be ditzy and well kind of lazy. I have often seen her on the computer while others are working hard."

"not impressed with the survey. Question 41 asks EXCLUDING this purchase which channels have you shopped at in the past year? in store or online are your options for answering. This was my first time ever even being in this store. so there has never been a previous purchase. But i wasnt allowed to skip the question i had to answer to submit survey. Your data you are collecting is now not accurate, as i had never made a purchase from this company before. not online or in store."
