"This shopping day no lines to pay, the 2 previous since twice since May very long lines. Only one checkout running. Store manager and 1 other employee standing close to other register never helped. This seems to happen to much. Christmas was a nightmare with only one register."

"Wait time for check-out was 15-20 minutes. Fitting rooms were not clean. Different size categories (e.g. Juniors/ Misses/ Womens/ Plus) were not clearly marked. Prices of most items were excessively high. Understaffed, so associates are not available to assist in shopping. On-line shopping does not have free delivery to store."
