We've ordered this case (case 1630) in multiple occasions and the turn around was within a week from date of order to shipping date. This time it took two weeks for our order to be shipped and nearly three weeks to delivery time. Faster turn around can make a lot of difference especially to businesses that ships materials around the nation."
"I ordered a backpack from Pelicancases.com. It was supposed to ship 3-5 days after ordering. After having not heard anything from them for about a week after ordering, I called them. The Customer Service Rep stated that they were having supply problems, and that it would ship in another week. After that deadline came & went, I called, to get the same story from another CSR, but they added that they'd email me with the status the following day, but needed my email address to do so (which was in my original order anyway). When I got no email, I called again and got another CSR and the same story. I told her that I would like to cancel my order. She said she would. When I asked for an email confirming that it was cancelled, she told me that they couldn't do that, and I would just have to watch my credit card statement. I told her that I needed to talk to a supervisor. After a lengthy hold, she came back to the line to tell me that none were available, but that one would call me in two hours. That call never came. I did finally receive an email from a supervisor a couple of days later, with a litany of excuses. I responded, but haven't heard anything else from them. I ordered the backpack from another source at $35 cheaper, and it shipped almost immediately. I don't recommend using them -- until and unless they get themselves fixed."
"I'm completely satisfied with my case, no doubt about that. I'm just disappointed because it was delivered much after the delivery date informed when I ordered.

"Placed order for a cooler 8-24-13 advertised ship time was 2-3 weeks. contacted customer service 9-20-13,was told it will probably be shipped October? and then blamed the factory for the delay? I sure hope this is worth the wait when I use it NEXT SEASON!"
