Quick delivery BUT disappointing quality of chain
"I ordered three pieces of jewelry, a bracelet, ring and dog tag. It was simple, the quality of the actual items good. However, my sons dog tag chain broke not even a month after purchasing. Luckily he was able to find the dog tag containing his grandfathers ashes! I can’t image if he had lost the dog tag urn because of a cheap chain. I am relieved but disappointed. I hope the company will replace with a higher quality chain at no cost."

Horrible, Extremely Insensitive
"I won't be buying anything from perfect memorials Ever Again!! The customer service rep basically called me a liar and/or stupid because they sent me the wrong sized chain for my husband. The last thing I needed to worry about was dealing with rude and ignorant behavior after the death of my youngest son!! Even after complaining, I received no apology at all. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. There are plenty of sites out there that do great work and don't treat grieving parents horribly!!!"

Broken glass and no response

Amazing Product
"The box we purchased is gorgeous. We are very pleased with the product and highly recommend them for burial boxes. It was sturdy, velvet lined and even more beautiful in person. "I love my pendant and the instructions it came with were very easy to follow.
Super happy with my purchase that came in very quickly too.
One tiny flaw is that the loop of the clasp is quite tiny so it is not very easy to put on, but overall it is a 99% satisfaction vote."
