"I was shopping for a behavioral control device for a dog, when I was surprised that Petsmart caried it for $15 cheaper that my local Walmart. They also carry Biospot, a topical flea preventative, cheaper than any of my local petstores. There isn't a Petsmart with 50 miles of me.
I was able to find an online discount code for 10% off and their shipping was currently at a flat rate, not tiered like it is now.
I received prompt order confirmation emails and shipping notification emails. The Biospot was backordered, so I wasn't billed until it shipped. Packaging was good and overall shipping took 7 calendar days and my backorder took an additional 3 days. I did have to call customer service because an item was missing in my package, but they handled it promptly and sent it immediately.
I am happy with my experience with Petsmart and I hope to shop with them at a physical location in the future. I will look to purchase from their online store during product discount or reduced shipping promotions."
