"After receiving the wrong product, it tried to return it in accordance with the policy posted on the Pets Warehouse website. After numerous emails to customer service indicating my intent to return the items and requesting a return address label, Pets Warehouse has failed to send a label for over 8 weeks."

"I ordered from pet warehouse some items that I couldn’t find anywhere else, on any other websites nor in stores close to me. It’s very important that my pets have the treats that they are used to and that they love. The prices were consistent with other websites and the experience was efficient."

It was horrible!
"My items said it was in stock on their website. I ordered over $300 of meds for my sick fish that I needed to treat them. I thought it was coming! This was after they took away the free shipping option because I used the coupon code they emailed me to compete the order, so the savings was like a $2. Whatever... Weeks go by, and no communication from them about my order. In the mean time, my fish are getting sicker. I email to just cancel my order. It takes 3 days of back and forth emails to final cancel it and refund my money. About 2-3 weeks later, I get an email telling me that my items was discontinued by the manufacturer. That information would have been great to know long ago, plus it was never in stock."

Terrible service
"Still haven't received my order. Its been well over a month. The site recently advertised the same item I'm waiting for and when I contacted them to ask would my order be on the way ..I was told I had to wait two to three weeks to see if the delivery comes in.. Then what item were the advertising and taking payments for? Sketchy..be ware."
