It would be better if FedEx would actually post updates on the shipment.
"It apparently left Brooklyn on 11-21, and aside from saying it had made it to Edison NJ, I haven't heard a thing, which is annoying because I need to make sure I'm available for signature when it actually gets to my doorstep."
