"Paid for a 3 pack, received 1 of the 3. It's been several weeks and I've received no replies to my emails for a return or refund. I've read other reviews, which I should have BEFORE I bought, and this appears to be the major complaint; they rip off everyone this way. STAY AWAY"

Counterfeit perfume
"I purchased two perfumes from pharmapacks and they are counterfeit! I own the authentic product and the products Pharmapacks sent are watered down copies of it! They smell like pure alcohol and caused my skin to feel a burning sensation. The smell also lasts about 5 minutes,apart from obvious differences in appearance from the authentic product (which I have photos of). I high hopes for this company, but unfortunately will not be buying from them no longer. I paid over 100 dollars to pharmapacks and all they sent me were fake and cheap copies!!!"

#Pharmapacks IS A SCAM.
"#Pharmapacks IS A SCAM. I’ve made a purchase on 3/29 of 9 items. they've charged me for shipping (read the fine print). then on 4/7 i received an e-mail that my part of my order has been canceled (4/7 1:35 PM), without any detail as to which items are left. I’ve sent numerous email and sent numerous Facebook messages. finally received a response via facebook on 4/7 at 3PM that only 1 out 9 items is available. so I’ve asked them to cancel my who order - via email (3:27PM) and facebook (3:05PM), he facebook message was read... another facebook message was sent on 4/8 at 8am, which was read as well. today (4/8) i get an email at 12PM - your items shave been shipped. the shipping label was created items were shipped out at 4/8 - 11AM. I’ve made numerous requests for a cancel order and refund. they do not answer their phones. they dont answer emails. they are selling products that are not available. shipped me a can of lysol for $4 and charged $21 for shipping. SCAM ARTISTS. FRAUD. STAY AWAY!!!!! #Pharmapacks IS A SCAM."

Terrible shopping experience
"Placed an order but never received any shipping information. Contacted the company after 2 weeks and was told "order was lost in transit" and items are no longer available. I don't know if I should believe them since they never sent me a shipping confirmation #. If I didn't contact them I'll loss my money."

Pharmapacks did not send me what I ordered and refused to contact me or rectify the order
"Pharmapacks sent me the wrong size and incorrect product more than 2 weeks ago. This was through Walmart's website. Walmart made many promises of rectifying the situation but did not. Pharmapacks did not respond at all. Im not sure which is worse. I will not be using either company again."

Pharmapacks sells defeftive merchandise
"Pharmapacks sells defective merchandise and refuses to stand behind what they sell. I ordered a product I have used for years from Pharmapacks for the first time. Since I was finishing us the existing product, I checked the Pharmapacks order to make sure the right things were in it; which they were, but did not open the actual product to make sure it was defective. When I opened it over the labor day weekend, it was defective--wrong texture and abnormally watery. I contacted Pharmapacks to bring this to their attention and ask for a replacement and they emailed back saying the 30 day window was passed and therefore they declined to send me a replacement.
My advice--if you order from them, beware and open up and use the product at once since they will nt stand behind the products they sell."

EXCELLENCE in all ways!!
"I’ve ordered 3 times from Pharmapacks - AlbaBotanical body lotion, Sebastian Shaper Plus Hairspray, and Rusk Mousse. All products arrived timely, very well packed (caps taped on with easily removable tape) and in excellent condition - no dents! I bought in bulk, either 6 or 12 items of each product which reduces the price per item so they were far below what I could get anywhere else including other on line sites and my local beauty supply. I will now ALWAYS check Pharmapacks for other items I need before buying anywhere else. Personally I like buying in multiples. I LOVE knowing I have products I use all the time in my linen closet. And I also LOVE knowing I saved money on each and every item!"

"customer agent,first i spoke to knew nothing about the waterpic product,wasted 20 min of my time;would not transfer me to supervisor,when i asked her to do so,hung up!
