Needed to Find Large Diameter Duct Pipe
"I have a small project that required a large diameter duct pipe elbow. At 16 inches in diameter. This is not an item you'll find in any DIY store locally. I obtained Plumbers Stock's website via a Google Search. Things that make my decision on dealing with a vendor is a "user-friendly/easy to negotiate website. Plumber Stock filled that requirement with ease."

Bad customer service/ horrible shipping
"Where do I begin. I ordered my products on July 5, 2022. It is now August 10, 2022 and I still have no items, yet I was billed for them on 7/5/2022. Actually I just saw today the items were being sent back to the sender, as we live in the back country and they decided to send them FedEx rather than USPS, no idea why. We live 6 hours from anywhere. We get mail 1 time per week, but they tried to send my items via FedEx to a PO Box. No idea why. So here I sit, no items that I really needed. No response to my emails, plumbers stock didn’t call me back after several voice mails, and did not fix the issue."
