Elite seals are prestigious banners given to retailers who are loved by their customers. To get one, a retailer has to consistently get high scores over time
"Yes I found the part, yes the part fit my unit, yes it was delivered quickly. However I wish there was more description and pictures because I felt I was taking a chance buying just from the picture."

I’m glad the parts you purchased worked out for you. They’re replacement parts for a particular banner stand, our QuickSilver, and that’s what the description says. They aren’t supposed to work with other models so we don’t bother to try to describe or show photos of how they might work on a different model. So yes, you were taking a chance buying them because you’re not using them for the stand they’re intended for. We offer parts for many different displays as a courtesy to our customers. It’s not at all profitable but we see it as part of providing good customer service and also hope that people will choose to purchase displays from a company that provides support and parts to keep them working after the sale. However, we only offer parts for our own products and the other displays we carry where the manufacturers sell parts, not everything on the market. Because most companies don’t bother to offer replacement parts, their customer’s tend to end up on our site trying to find parts that will work for them. While we’re happy to do what we can for other companies customers, we don’t have the resources to create detailed specs of all the parts for every display in the hopes of helping someone with a different model find something they can use when the company they purchased from won’t help them. Again, I’m happy the parts worked for you but this is the reason there isn’t a more detailed description and additional photos.
