"Book Americas best value inn motel though priceline in Plaquemine. L.A.. Call motel to let them know that I would a handicap accesble room they said the room would be ready ...Call to let them know that we were two hours away so they wouldn'tgive the handicap accesble room away . cause I walk with a Walker and can't to shower. Get there the man put hand his or no the handicap accesble room a guest broke the toilet. Well why didn't lady say when I called. Now we had unloaded the truck tried and want to take a shower and lay down the drive was 1000 miles from Columbus, oh to Plaquemine, L.A. they lied about the room I was so upset and tried my Walker and i fell . the room was dirty the toilet bowl dirty the bathtub was slippery no grids. I'm still upset I fell twice in the hallway and room on that dirty bathroom floor . had to set on the tub to wash up I got a pic of the bathroom floor my friend to clean the bathroom floor with a towel it was nasty dirty. Got a picture I got proof . didn't feel like unloading the rack. The man said they r going to take 40 percent of of cause he didn't I had to go to the funeral without a shower .i will never go though priceline . the said they couldn't fine my reservation . so noting they could do . "On 05-22-2021,I booked an hotel in Baltimore MD(sleep in)through Priceline, but before I did I specifically told the Priceline agent that I needed an hotel that provides a shuttle transportation because I have a very early flight...the agent find sleep in hotel.
This morning (05-25-2021) I called the hotel to confirm the time of my arrival ,to my biggest surprise,the front desk employee told me that they don't have shuttle transportation anymore for a year so I called back Priceline to let them know what was going on ,just for them to tell me that there's no where in my booking saying that I requested for transportation and if I wanted to cancel my reservation there would be"NO REFUND"!

15 days and counting w/no resolution in sight for THEIR MISTAKE
"If I could give negative stars I would. I am on day 15 and no resolution in sight. Due to Covid I had to cancel my flight. I called CS and was told no problem the flights (outgoing and incoming) were cancelled and I would have a credit on file to use with in the next year. Only restriction was I had to call in and re-book with an agent and not go through website to use credit. When I called to re-book 3 weeks later I was told the original CSR had made a mistake and only canceled the outgoing flight. Since the incoming flight had not been canceled the airline marked me as a no show and suspended the ticket. I was told the ticket would have to be opened back up and then they (Priceline) could cancel the ticket and issue the credit due. This is day 15 and after 50 or more calls I have still not received the credit I am due. I place the first call and get put into a callback cue - estimated wait time 45 mins. Then when someone calls me back they are no help and have to transfer me to the next department - placed in next callback cue - estimated wait time 3+ hours. Then when someone calls back they are not able to help and now have to transfer me to a supervisor - placed in next callback cue - estimated wait time 6-8 hours. As of today I have yet to speak to a supervisor or manager. This same scenario played out for 7 days straight. On the 7th day I was told on the 3rd call that I needed to be transferred to a supervisor. When I said no I was not going to wait again I was told the supervisor need to pull the original call with the original CSR to see what he said as far as cancelling the fights and issuing the credit. Mind you I have an email from Priceline confirming the cancellation and that a credit was issued nd the instructions on how to use the credit. However the email does not state how much the credit was. If it had I probably would have caught the mistake well before needing to re-book. I was told the Supervisor would need 7 days to review the original phone call and would call me back directly with their decision. As of today still no return call. As of this typing I have placed 4 calls and have currently been on hold for 1 hour 15 mins. I will absolutely NEVER use Priceline again and will warn everyone I speak to about them. I have filed a complaint with BBB and will post this same review on every site I can find. I will also post on every social media platform I can. The customer service practices are horrible, The CSR's themselves were nice even though they could not help at all. This is a mistake made by Priceline and after 15 days they still have not fixed THEIR mistake. I could see having issues if it was something I did or messed up but it is not. I cannot stress this enough this is something they failed to do, their mistake and they are refusing to make it right. Please save yourself the possible headache and do not use Priceline!!!!"
"Booked a one-week roundtrip flight to Mexico to visit friends for a much-needed vacation. Got up early the morning of the flight, paid for a $35 Uber to the airport only to find out that I missed my flight; it was rescheduled to an earlier time and I wasn't notified. No email, text, phone call, nor voicemail. After days of phone calls with representatives attempting secure refunds on all items, including the Uber rides to/from the airport, I asked the supervisor on the phone what Priceline can do to rectify the situation. They offer me a 5% off coupon for a hotel or car rental.... expiring in July 2021; it's April 17th. I ask if they can help me on a flight in the new few weeks, now that prices are quadruple what I paid.

"I booked a hotel with Priceline and the hotel had bed bugs, notified the front desk they denied to me and Priceline they had bed bugs but I had the video in my phone. The hotel refused a refund I then called Priceline to get a refund they said they could not issue a refund because the hotel denied the refund request"
"If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I tried to reserve a car and before it was confirmed I got a message stating that the car was no longer available.
Since this was through Payless, I went to their website and reserved the same car for the same price. However, when I went to my email to print the confirmation, I had confirmations from both Priceline and Payless. I have tried to call Priceline and due to the winter storms, I cannot talk with anyone unless out travel is within 3 days. I chatted with Vincent and he could not help me and asked me to call and talk with a senior agent which I cannot do since we are not traveling within 72 hours. I am beyond frustrated!! We have used Priceline for years for our rental car needs, but unless this is rectified with a cancellation and full refund, we will not be using Priceline in the future.

Under pandemic, priceline will forfeit your residule value without mercy if you rescheudle our booking to a cheaper date, however, some airlines will keep your residule value in their travel banks, so you can use it for future booking. They often make mistakes in flight availabilities. Again check with the airline before you deal with priceline. Be aware price gouges customers in many ways."
"I booked a trip to California with airfare and hotel. There was an option of adding a rental car for $35.00/day so I opted to rent the car as well. I found out ten minutes after booking this trip that my girlfriends mother was coming into town on the dates I booked the trip. Within thirty minutes of booking this trip I was on the phone trying to cancel it. They refunded the hotel and airfare. Not only did they refuse to refund the car rental, they charged and kept $295.00 for a five day rental. Five days at $35.00 is $175.00. It doesn't matter if you escalate it to a supervisor, they simply don't care. So they have an agreement with Budget Rental Car that they will charge you even more than the rental they sold you if you cancel. So they actually make more money if you're up against the wall and can't pick the car up. It cost them nothing and they charge you more than if you had actually picked the car up. Straight up theft! I hope whoever reads this never uses Priceline or Budget Rental Car, I know that I never will again! There needs to be a class action lawsuit against these thieves!"
"I was going to drive up to South Carolina for 2 days but an issue made me postpone my plan. I called Priceline customers service and was deceived. Even though it's said on express deal, no cancelation, no refund and no change, I think only the reservation process fees should be retained not all the rental and collision insurance amount, when not using the reservation. Or at least give the possibility of a time window reschedule, but keeping all the money when customer cancel, find that outrageous rip-off.
I won't use priceline service again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I did notify Herz agency at SRQ Airport in person about canceling. Next time I'll book directly from HERZ."
