"BE CAREFUL buying from this internet company. I received my "Commercial Microwave Oven" damaged. I was informed that it was a three day time frame for delivery (6 days). The staff is really unknowledgeable when it comes to there products, they had no idea what the difference was between a $375.00 NSF commercial microwave oven opposed to a $40.00 Walmart model. Lee the salesman does not return calls, and has no idea on how to handle a situation concerning a damaged item I received (The microwave glass was cracked). He held me off for two days, when I finally asked to speak to him, he said that this was a "Warranty Item" and that I could not have a refund, he assured me that they have no knowledge of there items they just take orders and send them to the manufacturer to be shipped, when I asked about there 30 day return policy, he said that he was not sure if they had one??? He said he needed to speak with his manager and then returned 8 minutes later stating that there are "No Returns ...PERIOD. He gave me a number to call for warranty service. Basically, there are a number of places to order items from, I WOULD THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY."

"i did not satisfied the delivery service.i have paid for the lift gate for the addition charge.but the driver did not bring that,then asked my employeer to move it from the truck to the ground.it is 500lbs. that was crazy..
