"Rip off company. Last two orders included either the wrong cartridges or ones that were damaged and unusable. No refund, no new cartridges.....just silence. I've received over 25 emails in the last three months with no offer to help or resolve the problem. The emails begin the same way....either what is your printer model or how can we help you?
I guess they think if they ignore me enough, I'll just let them keep my $100.
Not gonna happen."

"PrinterInRefills products are inferior and they are negligent about living up to their promise of 100% satisfaction. It took forever on the phone, and they do not always ship replacements as promised. It took 4 phone calls to get 2 replacement parts sent and neither one worked. 3 out of 4 of their chips worked."

"WHAT a SCAM! First, the provided ink cartridges do not fit the printer. When asked for a refund, the service contact could barely be understood, they stated my printer model number did not exist (I was reading the number off the owners' manual)! Spent 20 minutes and 2 phone calls with these people. They said they would email me a "RMA" i.e., "Return Mail Authorization" within 24 hours; I would have to mail back the cartridges (at my expense) before a credit would be issued......We'll see what happens...

"Ordered an ink refill in late December. When I installed it recently, all I could get were dark streaks across the paper. Upon examination, I could see that the print head was damaged. The company rep. said he would send a return authorization to my email and that a replacement cartridge would be sent for the damaged one, but I haven't received anything and don't know where to send this cartridge that is full of ink. This will be my last purchase from this seller. I have since purchased a genuine HP cartridge which works fine; and I'll pay the extra money for good product in the future."
