"Construction and quality of the product is very good, and the reproduction of the font bevels and and drop shadow is well done.
A nicely made product, but with a color shift. The item was designed in Photoshop CS6 and should have been black, but the item contained a purple hue. As we are on a time constraint we must use the item as is."

I worked with two people, a customer service person and then a graphics person. The graphics person matched my design exactly for a fabric banner. After a weekend, the banner is being shipped, and I have received free shipping, with a reasonable price for the banner.
