First guitar was perfect. Second guitar had a lot of fret buzz and a fault input jack
"First time i ordered a guitar (schecter omen elite b-stock) it came in great condition, barely needed to do anything to set it up. This time around i got a much more expensive PRS Mark Holcomb b-stock and it had pretty severe fret buzz and the input kept cutting in and out. Will cost me a decent bit to get it set up and have some things replaced. Will second guess b-stock moving forward I think..."
"Ordered a ToneX and they flagged my order for fraud due to address miss match. No problem, I even appreciate the caution. But there was no fraud and I followed up via email to have the matter resolved and received no response. They just gohsted me and cancelled it. Poor customer service.

"Channel 10 input does not work on this mixer. I understand it's an open box, but would think ProAudioStar would check and identify that on the sale. Great price for the unit, but I may or may not have purchased knowing Channell 10 input does not work. More than likely the reason it was returned. I'll continue hooking thinks up and trying presets and hopefully nothing serious starts happening with other inputs, outputs or internally. Haven't made it to the recording aspect yet?? Disappointed Customer."

"I bought a sterling cutless. Was a b-stock guitar, I emailed them and asked what the defect was as they don’t put pics of actual guitars. They emailed me back stating there was no defects that it was a return. The guitar arrived and there was clearly a defect, they drilled the holes crooked for the pick guard and back plate which caused the screws to be obviously crooked and not flush. But I decided to keep the guitar anyways, then the guitar started going in and out and with the volume all the way up the volume was real low could barely hear it. They denied a return because my wife threw away the box it came in."
"Purchased a guitar, Fedex lost it, customer service took a month to refund me the money. I was out a guitar and my money for an issue which was not my fault. ProAudioStar could have shipped another guitar or refund the money immediately so I could purchase a guitar elsewhere, but instead they chose to lose a customer for life."
"Item was listed as used, but it was pretty well brand new from what I could tell. I generally never have any problems with anything I buy from ProAudioStar. The shipping on the other hand leaves a bit to be desired. 9 days from California to NJ. I could have driven there and picked it up and been home faster."
