waiting for a part for 4 months
"I really like the range hood. It's great. The problem is that the led lights aren't working properly. They are flashing and very distracting. Will have to bring a lamp or other light source to use. Brenden at Pro Line explained that it was the driver, and would send out new drivers and lights. That was back in September. Still haven't received them. Haven't received any response from my inquiry either."

Proline Range Hoods
"Bought a Proline Range Hood 42" for our remodeled kitchen few years ago. Love the look and functionality. Fan Noise a little loud however, air suction is very good. Also, there seems to a LED light issue which the company recognize and is easy fix with replacement bulbs. Still waiting for my replacement bulbs : ("

3+ years of compliments, reliable functionality and great customer support
"Bought this range hood in 2017. It looks great and moves an amazing volume of air while making very little noise. People compliment the look of it in my kitchen all the time.
My biggest praise is for proline’s customer support. When I first bought my range hood it was damaged in transit by FedEx. I called proline and the woman who answered the phone asked me to turn on the hood so she could listen to the motor. She gave it a listen, confirmed that the motor was damaged and sent me a replacement hood that arrived 2 days later.
After a more than three years of constant use with zero troubles I needed to replace one of the LEDs. The people at proline were quick to help me sort it out. Great support both times!"

LED lights flickering on older unit
"After moving into our house we experienced an issue with the LED lights flickering on our Range Hood . I called Proline to see what could be done----if anything--- as the range hood was over 5years old. . Brenden in Customer Service was awesome!!!. Identified the issue and offered to send the parts at no charge. Wow!!! Who does that ?
This is my first experience with Proline and overall I love the Range Hood. It's easy to clean and maintain and does a stellar job on venting."

Great Product with excellent service
""I purchased my Proline vent hood over four years ago and is installed on a covered porch where it vents a BBQ grill. It has worked very well even though it gets very heavy use (on average we use the grill to prepare some part of the meal most night). Either the touch panel or the circuit board finally "gave up the ghost" (heavy use I guess). In any event the customer oriented support team was able to locate my records and was able to supply me with parts. A big shout out and a "tip of the hat" to the support team. Buying Proline was a great decision."

Product failure resolution.
"I purchased my Proline vent hood over seven years ago and was very pleased with it's appearance and functionality. A recent power surge fried my circuit board and touch panel. The service department was able to locate my purchase record and assist me in diagnosing the problem. Even though no longer in warranty they provided me with the needed parts. I am very impressed with the timely service and support I received and would highly recommend Proline Vent Hoods."

"Like other's have mentioned here, the ProLine customer service team knows how to take care of their customers. With a unit that's more than fire years old and obviously out of warranty, they were able to easily diagnose my issue and provide the necessary items to solve my problem... all for no charge! Given their responsiveness, I would definitely recommend their products."

Great Hood!
"I purchased this hood four years ago and it has been a great addition to our kitchen. It is loud when on it's highest setting, but that is to be expected given the amount of air moving through it. I really like the aesthetics as it is fairly slim, which was perfect for my application. The LED lights finally gave out, so have contacted customer support and the are happy to send new ones my way. Great service. Thank you!"

Lights went out, but staff seems helpful.
"Hood lights went out. Driver also deemed faulty. Will replace both for no charge almost 3 years later. Service like this cannot be beat. Just wish I didn't have to wait 2 months to get the replacements."
