I emailed their customer service about it and they told me to get a fedex report confirming that the package was lost to reimburse me or replace the item. I then get the report of fedex stating “ please contact the shipper to initiate their lost package procedure.” After i send it to them they tell me they can’t do anything. Wasted money here and they lied to me about how to resolve. Don’t recommend buying from them"
