"I found this high end photo gear shop during a price search. They had the best price available for the Epson R3000 printer. They had a mix-up on their ordering page, so the owner immediately contacted me to explain. This is a smaller company that clearly values their customers. I exchanged several emails discussing my choice of printer and various questions surrounding the order. When I then placed the order, I received immediate confirmation. Tracking was provided within 24 hours. Even after the order was placed, the owner kept in touch. I love this place. I hope to do business with them again."
