READ - don’t chance your money on these or use a credit card - SCAMMERS
"Ordered some OC trainers, they turned up but didn’t fit. Returned them that day, as you would. 12 days later I get the box back, with a pair of cheap swim/beach shoes (£5 max and the kind you find in beach towns) in the same box I sent them in….
Emailed to say, what is this, why have you sent me these?!
Email back from customer service is appalling and says they’re returning what I sent to them and that they don’t sell these type of shoes.
My reply was along the lines of are you joking!?! And that I returned what was sent due to poor fit. And the fact they’re based in Devon and such swim shoes are sold there.
I’ve contacted my card provider who will get my money back despite the b/s from this business.
But as a person who has 300+ orders on Amazon alone per year, I’ve never seen this before.
Then you start to do some searches on the internet and wow just so many poor reviews, titled scammers for so many reasons… My card provider couldn’t believe the amount!
Do not trade with this provider people, there isn’t smoke without fire and regardless of quick same same responses on here (which isn’t a reflection of customer service at all) they are as shady a business as there is. A bunch of cowboys/girls, who clearly look to take advantage of people who actually earn their livings honestly.
And this review won’t be altered without a full admission of a problem on their end.

First and last purchase with them!
"Customer Service very unhelpful and not responsive, I was entitled a discount but it was never applied. I then applied for a refund but they simply stopped answering my emails.
Unprofessional, untrustworthy and non-existing service.
I would strongly advise to use different companies."

Counterfeit goods sold by fraudsters
"Purchased a world cup rugby top from these scam artists without doing any research first on who these scammers are. Had I done so all the other cases of people being sold fake shirts or nothing turning up would have been all the warning I needed to steer clear. Unsurprisingly what turned up was a fake shirt with dodgy stitching, incorrect fabric used, the list goes on.
They use rental mailboxes in Manchester (Google maps M1 2JQ to see for yourself), ship the fake shirts from a Bradford post office, and the company has connections with Hong Kong obviously for getting hold of the counterfeit Chinese made products to sell.

The other thing to watch if you are stung is that they haven’t set up a reoccurring payment as they did to me just to try to defraud me that much further. Thankfully I paid by credit card as I do for all my online purchases so I got a full refund from the credit card company (Section 75 protection) and a block to any further attempts to take money from the account. Had I paid by debit card I’d have lost my money."

Keep well away!!
"This company are con artists. Keep well away. For months I have been trying to get a refund for a product I NEVER received. They tell you that they have raised a ticket so you can track your item, they said this to me on 5 occasions and each time, the Royal Mail say that the numbers don't exist. You will get no reply if you telephone them, just an automated answer machine. They are con artists and NOBODY should be fooled by them!!"

Don’t buy - rip off merchants
"Bought an England Rugby World Cup shirt and it was clearly a fake from Asia - paid £50 apparently reduced from £80. So don’t buy anything from these cowboys. Returned shirt and still no refund, don’t reply to emails after first response and don’t answer the phone. Steer well clear."

"My experience with this company was absolutley shocking.
I ordered a t-shirt 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for it. When I rang the company the service and the way I was spoken to was disgusting. The company take your money and then don't give you the product. DO NOT USE THE COMPNAY!!!!

"I ordered an England rugby World Cup Shirt from this site because it was a great price and they promised a 7 day delivery. 14 days later all I’ve received is empty promises and no shirt. My advice would be to avoid this site, pay a little bit more and receive the product in a timely manner."

ProDirect Stands behind product and service
"ProDirect is the exclusive vendor/provider for the parkrun shirts/apparel and overall swag .. . . .My son is a US size small and I had a hard time and gave ProDirect the wrong size for his park run incentive shirt .. ..(the Parkrun 10) shirts are only for youths so when I ordered a 17-18 I thought that was youth sizes . . . .evidently all parkrun shirts are in adult sizes only. Rather than charging me for a second shirt all the way from UK to US, the customer service rep, totally understood the problem and actually stoodbehind and made a "one-off" exception and sent us the correct shirt. When I had to sign for the shirt at my door and the new package came, My son was totally excited . .. It really WAS NOT Prodirect Sports fault that I ordered the wrong size . . it was MY fault. They covered my tail and set us up with the correct shirt. Most companies would have balked and told me "too bad" not Daniel at ProDirect! Thank you!"

"OrderEd the new Arsenal FC away shirt 19/20 and a week later I got my tracking number for Royal Mail. My shirt arrived two days later and it was in perfect condition, so I’m very happy with the service. Maybe I was lucky but like I said no complaints."

Awful. Avoid
"Ordered football shorts & top over a month ago. Received the top after chasing for 3 weeks. Going back and forth over the shorts. They provided tracking references that advise posted 2 weeks ago but nothing received and no delivery attempted. All very odd unreliable, don’t waste your good money or time."
