"The product I have purchased through Probioticsmart.com is Azodyl which must be refrigerated to be effective. The capsules have arrived at my home in shipping containers with coldpacks which have maintained the proper temperature and they have been received according to the shipping method I have chosen (next day). When the product was ordered on a weekend, it was not shipped until it would arrive the next day, so that the temperature could be maintained. I have been pleased with the service and the product is sold for a much better price than I could find it locally."
