Excellent Customer Service!
"I called to figure out the best way to place my order for a new Oasis drinking fountain, being that we are a non-profit organization. Laura was so helpful, she went above and beyond in sharing specs on the product and had me taken care of in a jiffy! I was able to email her our tax exemption, place and pay for the order, and have friendly conversation all in a span of 5-10 minutes. She was also able to get our product shipped same day. I would highly recommend this company and hope they see how much of an asset Laura is to their team-thank you for all that you do!"

First experience with Prodryers.com
"This was my first experience dealing with Prodryers. I needed sensors for 2 different Sloan ( hands free ) faucets. I called and spoke to Marianne Davis, she was extremely helpful in assisting me with ordering the parts I needed. Once ordered the parts arrived a few days later and were installed with no issues. I plan on using Prodryers again for any of our faucet needs and hope to work with Marianne again.

"Laura is an excellent customer service rep. She found out that our shipment was super important and followed up every other day with EEMAX and kept us informed on status. She was able to secure next day priority shipment (which is not normal for EEMAX). Upon shipment, she immediately sent out the shipping number so we could follow the shipment. Laura went above and beyond. She also explained how orders were processed and what she was doing to expedite the order. Highly recommend her. Her customer service is 1st class."

"Easy process, great product, and amazing customer service. We failed to order a filter kit with our fountain as an add-on. Purchasing separately costs more, but Laura was amazing and offered us the filter kit for the lower add-on price. Everyting shipped fast and we couln't be happier!"

"My order was shipped quickly and accurately. One part of my order did not function properly after installation and I reached out to customer service. Laura in customer service contacted the manufacturer and quickly had a replacement part sent to me. I could not be happier with her work. She resolved the issue and is an excellent communicator.
