Great customer service
"I purchased a license of DJ Music Mixer more than a year ago, then I upgraded my pc to Windows 10 and had to reinstall some programs including DJ software. Then the license did not work due to security reason (avoid piracy and using on a different machine). I sent Program4Pc a message and they reset my activation code within 30 minutes, yes it was only half an hour. I really amazed how fast they act.
Happy with my software and will recommend it to everyone who need their software."

"I purchased Video Converter Pro two weeks ago and never had any issue. Once I contacted the support team and asked about my ability to Update to newer version and they responded very quick and said I can use the update version for lifetime, which is great."
