"Our company ordered a replacement bulb for a projector in our conference/meeting room. I ordered it on a Monday and received it on the following Thursday. When I called around to three other companies, they were not able to order/ship it to me within the same month. The prices with Projector King are very reasonable. The other companies were charging much more, one was even double what we paid with Projector King. I also appreciated Projector King sending me updated emails on the tracking number, when it was shipped, and after it was shipped who signed for the package. Very good follow-up process. Excellence customer service over the phone with Jason. He was very polite and very helpful. We will definitely use your company again for future purchases. Thank you again."

"Bought a Digital Picture Frame from this company. The sales person Jason was honest about the resolution and so much more. Promised Ground would only take a few days and it was there quickly. The only thing bad I have to say is it was hard to get someone on the phone because they were so busy with the Holidays,but someone called me back with an hour or so."

"I orderd a lamp for 2nd day shipping so I would have it by Monday. A sales person called me and told me they had this in the PA warehouse and it was only one business day ground and I would get it Friday or Definatly Monday. They save me a a few dollars and I got it the next day. Honest company to deal with."
