"18 days after ordering I have still not received the lamp I ordered. A week after ordering I got an email from customer service telling me that I needed to confirm my shipping address (they had the correct address) and now 11 more days have gone by.
I will Update my review if my lamp ever arrives.
I became even more concerned after reading the reviews here, not just because of how bad they were, but also because the few good reviews they receive here have a lot of the same grammar errors their website and customer support have.
Update 1:
The bulp never arrived, so after almost 2 months I gave up on waiting and requested a refund on the 1st of february. I received a response 2 days later saying that they would refund immediately. Now 2 more weeks have passed and still no refund.
I will update again if the refund ever arrives.
Update2: To my surprise my refund did actually come through on 02.26.2014 so maybe they are just incompetent instead of beiing a scam as I feared."

"After placing my order, I assumed it would take 1-2 to process it and 3-6 days as listed in their shipping time. Well it took them 6 days to fill the order and six days to ship the order. So I contacted their office and was told in a reply email that their company had an unusual high order volume when I purchased my order. They failed to answer questions in my email and have not responded to a second email. I will personally never deal with this company again."

"This company may have the products you need but if you order a product and need to return it you lose the money. We have been unsuccessful for over 18months to get a refund on the products we purchased and returned. We cannot get passed an automated Email for help nor a sales person when we call. We won't buy from them again."

"The wrong bulb and a support run around is what you can expect with this "company". I purchased a bulb using their part number look-up...and received the wrong part. Contacted them right away and was told to wait via an automated email. As time went by, it became more and more obvious their emails are all triggered by key words and there is no such person as "Randall". All in all, a total run around, $175 gone. I also received a response from them stating "We would like to inform you that we will not tolerate any disturbing or false words use against our company" that was also obviously a form letter...likely triggered on the key word "crooks" in the last email I sent them."
