"Order product and received in a timely fashion.
Only complaint I had was the directions my emergency lights came with.
They were dummy instructions lol so I figured ok easy as pie. Hooked them up and plugged them in and saw the red status light but lights wouldn't turn on.
Directions said can take up to 24 hours for full effectiveness for lights to be fully charged. waited 2 days before taking apart and having an electrician look at. he looked at the directions and said hmm not much there. he then looked at the light itself and starting following wires and what went to what. he took one off and said this one wasn't going to anything so don't need it. then he actually had to unplug something inside of unit and plug it in a different spot then woohoo it worked. I said where did it say I had to do this in the instructions and he said umm it didn't.
But works now and process of ordering and receiving was nice and easy."

"had what I wanted and shipping was very fast. If there was any down side it was that shipping was high. I have since found sites that offer free shipping for the quantity that i ordered. the product is not the same exact lite however."

"This is a good site with a great selection and good info for it's product offerings.
However the delivery estimate/in-stock status is not even close to correct. They said ships in 2-3 days for all of the items I ordered and they didn't even ship until a week after the order was placed. Same thing happened for my next order so I just cancelled that, ordered the product I was after off of amazon froma 3rd party and had this order delivered before my delayed prolighting order was even shipped. Basically prolightings turnaround is way too slow and inaccurately posted on the webpage."

"My rating is for action, not perfection. Trying to get new metal halide lamps for my barn light...was trying. "Replacement" is the key word I was not using for this search. But ProLighting stuck with me and I returned the wrong lamps (still need the credit) and soon got the right one and it is working. Such action for the smallest customer should mean something to larger customers."
