"Everyone I spoke to at Pro Lighting was PHENOMENAL. This is what customer service is all about. Other companies need to look at what Pro Lighting is doing and do the same thing. Gary was the rep who helped me and he is AWESOME. he spent the time to talk to me about the product and explained what I needed and even made recommendations. He was patience and friendly but most importantly knowledgeable! I would definitely buy from them again and would highly recommend them to others."

Only initially that my order was received. Then 11 days later it's at my door. Just poor communication."
