"Puget Systems is fantastic. I have now owned my system for a few weeks, and it works wonderfully. It's a beautiful build, and having access to the building process with their online system (you can see the steps being completed as it goes through the process) was great. I also really liked their sales staff and recommendations.
Perhaps even more importantly, their after-sale customer service is just as top-notch and fantastic as their service before and during the sale. I've emailed/called a couple of times over the past few weeks, mostly to figure out how the new machine (and Windows 10) works, and their responses are always helpful, thorough, professional, and candid -- just like when they try to sell you a machine in the first place.
Puget Systems is definitely a premier seller. You do pay extra for the service and top-notch equipment. But the value is absolutely tremendous, and worth it.
My last system was from a different computer maker, in 2006. They were very good. But Puget Systems is amazing, and has more than lived up to the wonderful reviews I've seen on Resellers and elsewhere. It was those reviews, and the overall professionalism of their web site and my interactions with sales staff, that brought me to Puget Systems in the first place.
Now, being a lucky owner of one of their systems, I'd recommend them to all."

"Best-in-class customer service from start to finish - I went to them because I wanted to build my own computer but realistically didn't have time. They gave me that control, and frankly exceeded all of my already high expectations for product quality, speed, and support. If you're looking for something more than a big-box store computer (like a BestBuy or Dell), I would highly recommend this team. Downside is it is more expensive, but in this case you absolutely get what you pay for."

"I finally made the leap and had someone else do what I've been doing myself for several years. Assembling your own computer is cost-effective (and inherently reliable) but time consuming. The desktop I purchased from Puget was hands-down the best and most well thought out assembly I've ever seen from this kind of company. Not only was their sales rep very informed, but he guided me to a micro ATX case that has a tricky assembly that they mastered. I opened the case as soon as I received it and was stunned by the care and thought put into the placement of the components and cables. They even took measures to protect placement using a shield and glue. These guys live up to every word they say."

"Excellent. Purchased a Serenity Pro. Very happy with quality of service and especially happy with quality (and quietness) of computer. Good consulting up front and then a personal follow-up after delivery--website allowed me to track status during build. Price was higher than some, but worth it."

"I was struggling to select a new computer configuration... information overload, and too many choices. Then I found Puget based on another review I read. I called and got a live customer support representative who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We talked through all the options, what my intended uses were, budget constraints, etc. We settled on a configuration and I ordered, the system arrived as scheduled. It is awesome. Expertly set up and configured, no bloatware, no anything. I had a minor issue with the power supply in the first week (possibly self-inflicted) and even their support team and processes are excellent. I am very happy with Puget."

"I wanted a custom built computer geared for video editing & I'm really glad I found Puget Custom Computers. I started with their high end build for video editing & based on my usage & needs, Wilson suggested some changes which were actually less expensive & faster. I'm very glad he convinced me to go with Windows 10 too. The computer is exactly what I wanted. I called with a question when I got the computer & talked to Christopher. He told me what I needed to do & he actually called me back a couple days later just to make sure everything was resolved. I am very impressed with this company & would recommend them to anyone that needs a solid computer."

"while I did not indulge in every aspect of customer service that I'm sure puget systems provides, whenever I did have contact with them they provided me with every last bit of information and advice i needed to make the right choices in my purchase and went above and beyond my expectations whilst helping me. "Couldn't be happier with my new system. Since I knew what I needed and how much I wanted to spend to get it, I contacted Puget directly vs. using their "build your own" interface (which is cool, by the way). I provided my requirements and budget, and within hours we had settled on a design that met both my technical and budgetary needs.
A week and a half to build and test, another week for shipping (faster shipping is available, I just didn't need it 'over night') and my new system arrived - outstanding!
The binder they provide with the system was quite comprehensive and includes information on every component installed (including manufacturer warranty and support information), guides for peripheral connections (both front and back chassis), a FAQ and starter guide, build and testing/benchmark results - pretty much anything you'd want to know about your system before even turning it on.
I will definitely be using Puget for future computer needs, and recommending them to others."
