"Purchase a custom Traverse used mainly for statistical and academic work. The entire experience from reviewing the setup of the system to meet my needs, to purchase, construction, shipping, and receipt of the system was superb. It was timely, which was amazing, given that it was just before Christmas. I have since successfully migrated my old computer to this, and things are working well now. The computer works like a gem for the past week, and I don't see any potential problems. The owner in fact contacted me to check if I received the computer and if it was working well, and reaffirmed that I can always contact them should there be issues in the future. The service of this company is simply brilliant, and I'm already thinking about their desktop!"

"The simple answer is I am pleased with the service, and the system I ordered.
There QA is top notch, and worth the price premium on their systems. Because of their QA they stopped me from getting a power brick that can't power the new 980m video card without glitches. They ordered a higher performance/better quality power brick and retested the whole system. Before shipping it to me."

"Came on time, everything worked, setup properly, downloaded software - makes no noise, monitor makes more noise than computer! Well packed, wireless mouse and keyboard work, installed all software and no issues at all for a month. Very satisfied. To note, we have returned 3 computers over the past 5 years because they were "too noisy". Boots up in < 30 seconds recommend SSD."

"When buying a custom computer you should try to identify how much value you put in the company's support, reliability and reputation. Puget Systems offered me exactly the kind of computer I wanted, and while it might have been a bit more expensive than other custom computer makers I feel that difference is worth it - I feel at ease knowing they are available if I have any questions or issues, their reputation is stellar and are local to boot. They even sent me a binder with all the details regarding the building process and testing done to my specific machine.
Build is tight and well done. Expect to rarely, if ever, have to contact them, which is a sign of a good quality control and overall company standards. Hopefully I won't have to eat my words, but so far it has been a painless, satisfying purchase."
