Never again
"I ordered 3 items from this company on 2/27/20 and have yet to receive my items. I called and they didnt have my order correct. Its March 9th and I paid for the items to be here by the 5th. No tracking number. When I called they said the package will be here this week.
So after writing this above. I received a call from the company and they refunded my shipping fee and my items were shipped."

"I have always struggled with getting medical scrubs that fit well. A friend suggested me to get personalized scrubs from Pulse Uniform. I honestly loved their made to order plus size scrubs that fit well and the quality was also exceptional but delivery was 2 days late . Although a good overall experience."

"I ordered scrub pants on 12/7and paid for them. I’ve never received the product. I tried calling, emailing even chatting online to their customer service. I either get no response or the response of,”I will look into it”....which never happens. I look up my tracking order with UPS, it doesn’t exist. I have a tracking number, an order number my order receipt and the deduction from my bank account. Go anywhere else. These people are incompetent, don’t care or are just plain thieves. Kim Baecker"

Don’t think I’ll ever get my jacket
"Ordered a jack in September 1st with express/expedited shipping for extra 8.99$. Charge goes through on September 5th with a brand new credit card never used. Now it’s September 26....and i suddenly have 10 new charge stolen credit card attempts from online merchants (Nike, adidas, perfume mania, and tons of others and even Walgreens) credit card closed and still no jacket. Got an email saying I’ll receive it on the 27th but they still didn’t complete the embroidery. Idk what to think of company is fake or some employee steals info from them?!?!"

"My order never arrived, so I called to cancel the order. A week later I got two charges on my card that I didnt make. Based on other reviews on this site, I am confident it was this company who used my credit card. These people steal your credit card info. Stay away from this company!"

Horrible Company
"My husband ordered a jacket through Walmart from but the Company was Pulse Uniform. My husband did not realize it was a women's jacket and not a man's. I called and explained what happened and tried to exchange it for a man's jacket and they didn't have one. They sent me a shipping label to return the jacket. Unfortunately Walmart will not return 3rd party sellers, you can just purchase it through Walmart. I returned the jacket never being worn, all the tags still on it. Paid for shipping to return it, plus this Pulse Uniform charged me a 20% restocking fee. There is never anything about a restocking fee if something wasn't right when it was ordered. They are not an honest company and certainly don't care about their customers. I will never do business with them again."

Never Again
"I placed my order on 4-24-19. I received an email on 4-25 stating they received my order. On May 1st I called to get an update since I haven’t received an email and the sale rep told me my order ETA is May 3rd. On May 3rd nothing in the mail so I called the sales rep said your order will be shipped out next week. They say 5-8 business days on shipping which is a lie. I’ll never order from them again!"

Very unprofessional service from this company
"I ordered a lab coat with embroidery from the pulse uniform website. Almost two weeks passed without the order being processed. I contacted them by phone, and explained that Id need the coat before the next month for a clinical rotation for which Id have to go out of state. I was told that it would be processed and shipped within 4 days. A week later still no tracking info. I call again and this time the service agent asked if Id like it to be sent to the new address my rotation would be at next month!? Not sure if this company has any idea whom its medical customers are, but no lab coat for day one of a rotation is unacceptable. I asked for a refund immediately and will be contacting my bank to make sure that refund is processed, given this company's bad track record with refunds. Unbelievable."

WARNING - DISHONEST SELLER
"I didn't receive the order that USPS supposedly delivered. Neither USPS nor the seller can provide any evidence that the order was received.
PulseUniforms Customer Service is a joke and keep asking me to contact USPS as if that would make the order appear!
PulseUniform won't admit the order is lost and take their responsibility to grant me a refund for the lost order."

Unhappy first time customer
"Attempt returning scrub set defected draw string and they do not sit right on hip area. Pulse Uniform expected me to pay for shipping merchandise back, left several messages never return called, spoke with representatives never forward message to the so call "CONCERN DEPARTMENT" I had to purchase shipping package $2.19 and shipping cost was $12.98.
Total cost of Scrubs was $21.06"

"I ordered a pair of uniform pants, pretty expensive BTW. The shipping took so long the sizing was off. I contacted them for an RMA #...DO THIS OR THEY CAN CHARGE A 40% RESTOCKING FEE...at this time on the phone I was told with a replacement I would have NO return shipping fees. They did not tell the truth. I returned the pants, cost $9.00, now am told no reimbursement for return shipping will be given, only cost of the pants that were returned. Very poor customer service as others are stating. Now out $9.00 & uniform pants...AVOID!!!"
