"Bought $8000 pump package. Salesman put package together, parts arrived wrong. Rail system did not match pump size. They want 25% restocking fee plus shipping! $650 cost from their error. Customer service is awful. I'm guessing commission based and they dont want to eat their mistake. I wish I could do that with our business. Oh, we would lose customers that way. Still no response from someone with authority though I've asked for a call or email. We've ordered pumps before when we picked them in the past. If I got the wrong pump from one we picked I would understand. Their sales team screwed it now I have to eat it. Not to mention we had to pay to get the correct parts fabricated since they errored!"

This order was done via verbal quote with a salesman, of which several quotes and spec sheets were emailed to you for confirmation and contractor approval. Our salesman does this to allow the contractor to ensure that their selection is correct. Two quotes were sent for approval before this order was placed, along with an email including all pertinent specifications on the system. The Goulds guide rails which are the point of contention are non stock special order items, and thus are normally non returnable. Understanding mistakes happen, we are happy to accept a return on this with our 25% restocking charge which is a site wide policy clearly stated on our returns policy. Furthermore, we do charge a restocking fee when an item is returned without merit, which is clearly stated in our return policy. If we sent you the wrong item or an item that was missing something you would not have been charged a restocking fee on your return. However, in this instance we sent you the correct item described exactly as received on our website and followed our return protocol as stated. We regret that, you had a bad experience, albeit, it was not our fault. We sent you the exact product you ordered. Regardless, we’d love to show why so many customers give us a 5-Star rating.
