"Everything I ordered was great and on time. When I paid I was charged for freight ($40.00 US) but when the goods arrived I had to pay another 9.95 for handling charges so I was disappointed in that. Goods were supposed to ship via UPS so I don't understand why it came in by Canada Post."

"Excellent customer service. I purchased a few items over Black Friday weekend because they were offering 15% off. I had some trouble applying the discount while checking out and unfortunately missed the deadline for the sale. Pure-Triumph is closed on Sundays and Mondays so they didn't receive my email until that following Tuesday. Adrienne returned my email and assured me that they would honor the 15% off on my purchase. Adrienne personally assisted with my purchase and after a few days I received my items. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Adrienne and Pure-Triumph. I will definitely purchase from them in the future."

"I ordered two Triumph Tee Shirts.
One of them was shipped and the UPS Driver put the package on the open step to the front door,
That day we were having 70 MPH winds and even large trash cans were blowing away never to be seen again and I had to call for a replacement...
My Tee Shirt was Gone!!!
I called Pure-Triumph and a really Great customer service woman named Arleen sent me a replacement and also the Tee Shirt that was on back order.
I think this Company is the Greatest and I give them a five star rating.
I will always use them and refer all my friends and family to Pure- Triumph..
