Also, it was the same price as the Triumph dealer and with a 10% discount on top of that with free shipping. Now, if they would only come out with a cold weather windshield! It came packaged well."

"Ordered a new long distance gel passenger seat for my 05 America. First time ordering from Pure-Triumph and the service was excellent. I placed the order and received an automatic confirmation. The next day I received notification that my order had been received and that I would be notified with a tacking number when shipped. After a few days I had not received any info so I sent an inquiry email. Within the hour I received a response from Adrienne Wahl that the part had arrived and it would be shipped shortly. The next day I received the tracking info and it arrived in great order. Great service and excellent customer service from Adrienne. I highly recommend Pure-Triumph for all your parts"

Don't take stock on "In Stock"
"So it would appear that Pure Triumph doesn't actually keep anything on hand, which is okay, except that they don't seem to have a very proactive system of keeping communication aligned with suppliers. I ordered something that was "In Stock and would deliver in 3-5 days" on a Thursday. Didn't hear anything Friday or Monday, so I messaged asking for a status update since my order still said processing at that point. The response to that was that they actually did not have any of the item to ship and that the supplier told them the item was backordered and would not be available for a month or so (no exact time frame given). I cancelled my order immediately and found the exact same item elsewhere, where it actually shipped the next day and was delivered within 2 more days."
