"I don't know how this place gets good reviews, as my experience has been Terrible. I purchased one bulb that didn't work. Was sent a replacement which also had an open circuit right out of the box. I returned those & was told it would be 2 weeks before I get my refund. I stupidly purchased a phillips bulb with 2 day shipping which still isn't here after 3 days. I called customer service, which took 7 calls to get throgh & was told it would be here 4days after it was shipped & I would not be refunded for the difference. The woman on the phone was rude & customer satisfaction is NOT on their priority list. I will NEVER do business with Pure glare again!"
