"I have ordered twice from this copmpany. The first time the orderb was sent quickly, but it turned out not to beb the item I needed. I emailed them three times about returning it, but never got a response. I finally just ordered nthe right item, but it has been a month and still no order. They have accepted the money from PayPal, however. Three emails to them, and again, no answer. Stay away!"

"I recently ordered 6 HP ink cartridges through Amazon.com from Python Tech. After I placed and paid for my order, I was informed by Python Tech that the cartridges I ordered were generic but they promised to be 100% compatible with my printer and if I had any problems they would replace the cartridges at no extra cost.
For some reason, the printer never was able to extract ink from their generic cartridges even though they were recognized as “full” cartridges. I tried another set (new out of the box) thinking that this may be an isolated experience, but then I had the exact same issues as the first set. I have been unable to print in full color ever since I initially installed these and as you can imagine, this experience has put a significant set back on my business as a graphic designer. To make matters worse, now that I have HP cartridges installed my printer heads for the colors I used the generic cartridges with are destroyed and will not print at all, thereby rendering a $1,500 inoperable until further repair!
I returned my 6 generic ink cartridges with a copy of my invoice for $134.94 to PythonTech along with my provided RMA# and have followed up with e-mails. It has been 6 months and there is no correspondence back from them of any manner and no phone number to actually talk to a person. They have made no efforts to refund my payment or even replace the cartridges or respond to my numerous concerns in any form after they received the cartridges back from me in their original packaging.
I make a plethora of business purchases online and will never use this company again. I would suggest that you do not do business with this company as they are not operating in the realms of honesty and would encourage you to protect your investment in your hp printer and do not use generic ink cartridges in lieu of the real thing."
