"I ordered the house brand 4X DVD-R for $43.95 for 100pk. I recieved the disc and they would not burn at all. Thought about firmware! Updated, burning starts but results in coasters. Try Herrie's firmware, no better, try contacting NEC (NEC-1300a) for factory firmware, No better. After a month of tinkering called QTC. Man says try 1.09 firmware. Good works but only at 2X. Not happy but will deal with it. Need to inform customers of this over the phone or on web site."

"I purchased dvds from this company and they were poor quality. I returned them at my own expense.
It took over a week, after they received them to get
a credit, minus all of my shipping charges,which
amounted to over $18! I will never purchase from

"I ordered 100 4x "house brand" DVD-R discs from qtccdr.com They were the cheapest 4x discs I could find online.
I placed my order on Thursday, and I received it on Friday even though I just picked regular UPS ground shipping. It's SUPER fast because they are located in Santa Ana, CA and I'm only a few miles away in Los Angeles.
I tried out the discs are soon as I got them and they burned perfectly at 4x and even worked in my cheapo Apex DVD player.
Super low prices and super fast shipping. I couldn't ask for more! I will definitely order from them again. A+ seller!"

"I order 400 blank cd-r's (24x, silver/silver, House brand) from this company. I received my UPS tracking number the same day. The cd's arrived in excellent condition and work fine. Their prices are great but the shipping is a bit expensive.
Customer service was good. I made a mistake in the shipping address for my order and the next day I called them and fixed the error.
I would definetely buy from them again."

"I am pleased with my order of 100 blank CD-R's from QTC, and I will order from them again. The only drawback I see is that they implement a small handling charge in addition to the shipping rate. Their prices are low enough that even with the handling charge, they still have rock bottom prices, but it would be nice if they did away with the handling charge overall."
