"This is my first time and last time ordering from Quantum-Wireless. Not at all impressed with their service. They did not send a confirmation of my order. Since it was being shipped FedEX I assumed I would have it in a couple of days. but after a week and half went by it still had not arrived. I had to look at my checking account just to get a number to call them. When I called them, they told me it had not even shipped yet, and it was "expected" to go out the next day. But yet they still couldn't give me an ETA. Price is right, but not worth the headache with poor customer service. Even though I was given a tracking number from one representative, when I typed it into the FedEX website, it showed the package was already delivered. So I called and spoke to another Quantum rep who said they couldn't issue a tracking number until after shipment. Very disorganized."
