New video call feature is good
"I generally find good rates here and I use this a lot when I travel internationally. It's much more convenient, and I can call landlines which is good when trying to reach hotels. I can also set up a temporary virtual number for people to reach me from the US."

fast problem resolution
"I was happy and using it a lot until they changed their website: cost/call is no longer disclosed. I requested a detailed usage call and they sent it immediately to my email. The next day they sent me an other email letting me know that they are working to make their new web site more user friendly. So the customer service is good, and I hope that the web site will soon disclose the charge/call."
