Disconnect
"I would have given you a five-star rating, except that on occasion, as well as a few minutes ago, my wife calls her sister in Austria (0#) and after a few seconds gets disconnected. This happened twice to-day (Dec 2) calling 0#. Other than that occasional annoyance, we are pleased with the service."

"I bought credit for 10 dollars to call Benin. I called my parents and most of the calls didn't go through but money was taken. Most of the time it rings on my phone and it doesn't reach the person I call. I am so desappointed."

"I thought by joining quick call I would pay all my long distance calls to you only , however, I just received the bill from my phone company and in it a list of all the calls I made using the number you gave me which is 1-***-***-**** prior to the desired number and charging me again and with their own rates and not to mention that the access number you gave me is a long distance , so, instead of saving money using your system , I ended up paying as three times the value , please tell me what is going on and how to correct the situation ,thanks georges boutros ***-***-****"

"I would rate your service average at best. Many times I get unavailability of your service (I am not using WiFi). Also, many times the call gets interrupted multiple times and I have to call again. Other times, the latency is frustrating."
