Great Service!
"I purchased a Clevo NF58AF1 barebones chassis from R&J Tech last year. Shipping was quick and it arrived very well packed.
Initially it shipped with a BIOS that did not have Virtualization support enabled, but they were willing to get an update for me from the OEM with that feature enabled very promptly!
After a few months I decided to upgrade to 64GB RAM and had trouble with compatibility so I initiated a conversation with them. They were willing to setup a repair but in the end I discovered it was actually an unsupported processor that caused the issue. Throughout the process they were very quick to respond and always answered my questions thoroughly - very rare for technical support these days!"

I'm a trouble customer, but R&J took it all in stride !!!
"I had ALOT of problems ordering my new laptop from R and J because of payment issues... HOWEVER it was not their fault... PayPal, and several other payment options did not work for me... and finally I just had to walk a check to their bank! It worked! I probably had to cancel around 3 invoice/order numbers, and I thought they would "disown" me, but R and J took it all in stride without complaint!
I ordered the barebones version because I'm a Tech, and like tinkering/building things myself!
I would highly recommend RJ Tech to anyone looking for a customizable workstation / gaming laptop.
The alternative options offered from other companies are much higher priced, lower quality, and do not offer the level of customization that RJ Tech's products offer."

Affordable and Customizable Workstation Gaming Laptop
"I just received my NH70RDQ laptop and I am beyond pleased! The laptop was much smaller / sleeker than I expected. The package arrived quickly (within 3-5 days) and was delivered without issue. I had a UPS tracking number and was able to monitor the package every step of the way.
I ordered the barebones version and just bought my own ram and ssd off Amazon and installed them myself. I recommend anyone with a little time and patience to do this, I saved several hundred dollars.
I would highly recommend RJ Tech to anyone looking for a customizable workstation / gaming laptop.
The alternative options offered from other companies are much higher priced, lower quality, and do not offer the level of customization that RJ Tech's products offer.
I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future!"

These people are incredible!
"I had a problem with my computer where I spilled liquid into my touch pad. The left click button stopped working. I took the computer to a systems engineer in hopes that he could fix it because I don't know a lot about laptops. He told me he needed the part because it's not available anywhere (it was the click button module). Then I called up where I purchased the computer originally (because I had to get it financed and they offered that...) and what they told me was to send it off to them because it's impossible to send the part to me for the reason that the manufacturer (?) refuses to send anything(!). Unbelievable. Not only was it going to cost over $200 (it may even be more, they told me, because they said it's all part of the chassis--even though it wasn't) but I'd also lose access to my PC for several weeks. So I kept searching and found R&J. Hallelujah!
This is where I contacted them. They told me they could get me anything for a Clevo. I was surprised because parts for these PCs are hard to get, obviously, as they're not so mainstream. At this point, they said to me to send them a request (with a picture that I added in) of what I needed. They managed to do their best to tell me what that piece was and they sent it out to me. All in all, everything went super smoothly and all works now. Aaand I didn't get bad information on anything. I really thank R&J for helping me and I'd definitely recommend them for their laptops and the parts they can get you. Now I know where to buy my next computer!"

RJTech fills a niche for the US enthusiast market
"Being a tech enthusiast, I've always hated how laptop manufacturers make customization so difficult. RJTech's barebone laptops are a great option for when you'd really rather not pay a premium on every easily installed laptop component. I was very happy to finally find a way to get a laptop where I could actually choose the quality of components going into it. Ordering was easy. Things shipped safely. I especially loved the option to eliminate all visible branding."

Superb Tech Support Service
"My Clevo P750ZM suffered a hardware fault on the graphic card, and I was unable to troubleshoot the issue by myself. I sent the laptop to R&J Tech for diagnostic, and I was informed of the short circuit shortly after the company received my laptop. These guys were quick in their communications, and they were able to check the remaining components that I requested quickly. R&J Tech was able to offer me multiple options regarding how to deal with my laptop, and they honored my request without further pushing me to spend unnecessarily unlike other computer repair businesses I have encountered. I would highly recommend R&J Tech for anyone who wants to buy their customized dream Clevo laptop."
