Lots of info that Haynes doesn't have

I have repeatedly reached out to REPAIR SURGE requesting a refund. Still nothing.
I am waiting for you (Repair Surge) to refund me for the $19.95 I paid (which your website said I wouldn’t be charged but I HAD TO PAY IT TO ACCESS MY “REPAIR MANUAL “ that wasn’t a repair manual!!

Online Subaru manual very useful
"I have a 2012 Subaru Forrester that I wanted to do some minor modifications to. Getting a manual from Subaru was not easy and rather expensive. When I found RepairSurge had an online one I was very happy. Now I can find the information I need and save/print just that parts I need.
When I tried the manual for a Saturn Vue I found it was not as good, mostly because the GM manual kinda ****. RepairSurge cheerfully refunded the cost.
I'm now adding another vehicle."
