"The Phone that i show and order in your website, it's not the phone you send me. Instead you send me a used Verizon CDMA
Phone that even when i inserted my GSM card and try to make a call it will connect me to the Verizon Network plus the Voice command feature, doesn't work."

"This has been a horrible experience. I ordered a phone as a replacement for a Christmas gift. The phone did not work and I had to buy materials and pay shipping to mail it back to them to get an exchange for another phone. The new phone shows up and works for two weeks and then stops working just like the first phone. I now have to go through the warranty dept to get another phone and will likely have to pay for packaging and shipping yet again. So it's now cost me $10 extra dollars and looking at another $10 for a $40 phone. The products they are selling are crap. Go to your local refurb store in your town and don't deal with this company. My legs are tired from the run around I've received from this lackluster organization."

"This company has the worst customer service. I have been trying to purchase unlocked cell phones for my disabled aunt and uncles to use on their Tmobile account for 3 months now. First they sent Verizon phones that didn't work, then they sent ATT phones that wouldn't work. When I called customer service, she told me that the phones probably needed Tmobile tech support to change the settings. I was under the impression that the phones they advertised on the website would arrive and function--wrong. I now have to pay for shipping and handling to return them to New York. Don't use this site unless you enjoy having to deal with hassles like this. Of course they are very quick to charge your credit card."
