Very accomdating
"I was looking for a replacement motor for my Toro recycler, either Toro or Honda. We're very helpful when I called them to see if I could get a replacement motor. Jennifer and Tony were extremely helpful in finding me a direct replacement Kohler motor, which has been mounted on the deck and it's working well, I appreciate company is still willing to answer the phone and work with people to solve their problems"

"Placed an order. Turned out one item was not in stock. Was notified and given a choice to cancel order or proceed immediately with the rest of the order. The backorder item showed up just a few days after the rest of the order. Many sellers would have just delayed the whole order and not tell the buyer about the issue."
