"I sent in an on line order and immediately noticed that I had sent in the wrong part number . I was
off by one number . I immediately called them on the phone and explained what I had done and
they told me they would just cancel that order and submit a full refund to me . Since I already knew
the correct part number , all I had to do was to send in another order with the correct part number .
That's great customer service and I will definitely be ordering more parts as needed. Thanks RCPW ."
