Unfortunately, these parts were not available in our local inventory and had to be obtained from our Tanaka distribution center. The distribution center only ships to our dealership once a week and because we did not receive a response from you regarding the backordered item until Tuesday, it missed last week's shipment, which was the reason for the 11 day delay before shipping today. I apologize that this was not conveyed to you at the time you authorized the removal of the backordered item.
