"I placed a very important order with this company, also called EXPRESSIT SOFTWARE ,Priority Overnight early guarunteed. It never arrived. When i called to get a tracking number, or any information about my order, they were unable to help me. They couldnt find a tracking number, and they "thought that maybe" they shipped it to my billing instead of the "shipping" address. It wasnt sent to either address. In addition; I never received a email verification for an invoice# , and i had to call 5 or 6 times to get answers. They had no problem charging my credit card. I am still waiting for credit on my order that never even went out of their warehouse."
