I love it!
"I saw the sea-themed silver rings in an ad, and I had to get one. The website was easy to navigate, and the payment pages were easy to use with plenty of payment options. The ring arrived in the stated timeframe; it was well-packaged and without any damage. I've been wanting something like this for ages, but most rings seem so repetitive of one another. This ring is so unique and sparkles so prettily in the light. I will definitely order from Ross-Simons again. I can't comment on customer service because I didn't need to use it."

Great service, poor product
"This was my first purchase with your company. I found the website easy to navigate and the product was shipped quickly. The product is supposed to link three necklaces together, keep them from getting twisted with each other. The product doesn’t work and I plan to return it. The necklaces did twist together but my biggest disappointment is that the weight of the clasp causes it to shift frontwards instead of staying in place in the back of my neck."
