"ORDERED A $370 ITEM,(THEY PROMPTLY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD) (WIMSHURST MACHINE) RECEIVED PARTIAL SHIPMENT (REPLACEMENT BELTS). MADE SEVERAL INQUIRIES - TOLD ITEM WAS BACK ORDERED WOULD BE SHIPPED IN A WEEK. THEY LIED - STOPPED RESPONDING. AM ANTICIPATING LEGAL ACTION FOR CONSTRUCTIVE FRAUD. INFORMING THE SEC & BBB. WILL FIND INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBLE AND TAKE ACTION ACCORDINGLY.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE CROOKS!"

"Terrible. Worst experience ever ordering science lab supplies, chemicals. Partial orders shipped, no follow-up, no return emails on multiple inquiries, rude and curt customer service sales support, poor phone support, baseless promises of deliveries and shipments.
An absolutely awful online purchasing experience.
Do not order from these people, look elsewhere. Plenty of other science lab equipment sources available online."

"Never received most of shipment. Was told items on backorder, after order placed and account billed. Requested refund several times (~$100). Customer service stopped responding to emails.
Better Business Bureau has multiple complaints against this company.
Would highly recommend not using this supplier."
