Replaced my previous light filtering top down bottom up pleated shades to blackout pleated shades
"We replaced pleated shades that were purchased from Select Blinds from 3 years ago. Due to the bedrooms being too bright in our guest rooms. We used the same measurements printed on the old blinds.
The new blinds were a bit too wide, resulting in having to take the end caps off for the larger blind. The smaller blind was also very snug.
We are very pleased with the quality and love the combination top Down/bottom up light filtering/blackout blinds."

"I was a little disappointed in these blinds, one of the valences was too long and didn’t fit properly, none of them reach the bottom of the window properly, they are difficult/awkward to pull down. I’m just not happy with the quality considering the price I paid. Shipping time was HORRIBLE, just do yourself a favor, go somewhere else and sample the quality of the blinds before you buy. They just look very cheap."

"I submitted an order for 12 blinds. One blind is the wrong size. I contacted them and they said I must have measured wrong and offered to send another one but I have to pay for it! I sent pictures and confirmed the measurement was correct. I also sent pictures of the window and the frame showing it is too big. I’m very disappointed that they couldn’t replace what is their fault. I will make sure everyone knows they like blame their customers for their error. It’s one shade in a 12 blind order. Very disappointed."

"My husband & I loved the quality of the fabric of our modern farmhouse shades! The backing was exactly what we wanted. It was easy for him to install. My only wish is that all window sizes had the option of a valance. We had one window 2” too narrow for a valance, so I couldn’t get any of them with a valance because they wouldn’t match. The design team guy I spoke with was AMAZING!!! Overall, excellent quality, easy installation, and excellent customer service!"

"All of the zebra shades we’ve ordered (6 so far) have shown up with the motor/roller disconnected from the end brackets leaving us, the consumer, to make repairs in order to make them useable. The WiFi bridge component does not work with any consistency at all and the help desk via online chat is beyond useless. I’ve requested a refund for the WiFi bridge and have been told to contact the manufacturer. Seriously?! Sadly, we need 3 more shades to match the 1st 6 but after that’s done I will NEVER order from SelectBlinds again. Worst shopping experience in a long time."
