Good first experience
"After placing my order I go busy and noticed it had been a week since I ordered. With all the pandemic back log I decided to call and check. I spoke with a very pleasant lady and found it had gotten caught in the system. She sent it immediately over and promised it would go out the next day. She stayed on top of the order and noticed that one of the threads ordered had run out she tried to call but could not get through and sent me an email asking if I wanted to have them try to match or cancel that portion of my order. Nice job getting close match! Great customer service! Once I was notified it was on the way it took about 4 days to arrive."

Wonderful ordering experience!
"The site made it so easy to find the exact parts I needed to restore an old sewing machine to working condition. One of the parts even said it was out of stock (which I didn't realize until after I had ordered) and would be sent when it was re-stocked. I was worried that this would take weeks or even months, but it came with the rest of the items I purchased! Very pleased with the experience and will shop here again when I need sewing machine parts! Shipping was quick, customer service was great, and the parts worked perfectly when they arrived!"
