Shipping takes 30 days to Canada
"I ordered parts and no where did it state that shipping can take up to 4 weeks. My cost for International shipping is $12.12 USPS, should be here in 6 days, not 30 days which they informed me after they asked if I received my product. Nooooo I did not get my needles which I need. I have had to repurchase from another company. They then send me multiple emails showing where 1. It doesn't state that in their policy, 2. a new screen shot of prices that have gone up to $20.55 and a caveate that states it takes 30 days to deliver your order. Then they continue to blame the customer. Totally ridiculous, I can walk from southern Ontario to Tennessee in 30 days."

Lights for sewing machine
"Received the box of parts today. Acceptable time to delivery consider time to come into Canada and then Canada post service! However, when I opened box, there were four bags for light bulbs but only three had a bulb. The last baggie was empty! Since the lamps have to be replaced in pairs, this is not satisfactory. A replacement would be appreciated."
